During Covid-19, we partnered with DotProject, Shift, and Catalyst to support over 600 VCSE organisations facing urgent, changing community needs. Their challenge wasn’t simply gathering relevant, high-quality data—it was making sense of it in real time and using it to make timely, mission-driven decisions.

From Data Insights to Strategic Decision-Making

Data is essential in social impact, but it’s only the starting point. What really drives success is strategic clarity: knowing what needs to happen next, why it matters, and how to prioritise in a busy, resource-tight world. We worked together to embed Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems deeply into how organisations lead and learn. MEL wasn’t just a report to file; it became a live tool that empowered everyone, from frontline teams to senior leaders, to navigate uncertainty with confidence and clarity.
